Colorado Springs Coupons, Grocery Deals, And More
One of my sister-in-laws attends school at The Classical Academy and told me that students get free drinks at Colorado Springs Chipotle restuarants when they show their student ID! Has anyone else heard about this? It is certain schools, certain districts, or particular Chipotle locations?
A lot of you probably don’t order drinks when you eat out to save money, but if it’s free…!

All of the Chipotle’s do this!
My hubby goes to UCCS, and he can a free drink as well. I think they have been doing it for a while (he has been in school forever!). It is only 1 drink per ID, we just share!
Chipotle has been doing this for years. I use my college ID to get a free drink every time I go! They don’t care what school you are going to as long as you have a student ID. My friends have even used out of state student ID’s. The Denver locations do it too!
Yes, this is true! My kids have been doing it since Chipotle opened several years ago. It is any school and any age – elementary through college. (we’ve done this in the Springs and also with my daughter up in Fort Collins at CSU so it’s not a “local” policy) And I know most of them don’t even ask for ID. Just request “student drinks”. Also, the Qdoba on Austin Bluffs added the same thing last time we were there which was last spring… you’d have to call there just to ask if they are still “matching” Chipotle’s free student drinks.
Yes that is correct, students do get free drinks if they show their studend I.D. My son and his Boy Scout Troop had a Chipotle outting and all brought their student I.D. To the Tejon location and they all received a free drink.
Military get free drink too at most Co Springs locations, must show ID.
Yeah, I’ve been doing this at Chipotle for years – in the Springs and Denver. I go to UCCS and my kids are in elementary/middle school and we all get free drinks. I just flash the card and don’t have to say a thing. Often times I flash my card and my husband and I both get drinks. It’s great!
This is not just for students. This is for educators as well. I have been doing this for years. Just show an ID card from a school (really, no matter what you do there) and they will give you a free drink!! One of the best deals in town for schools!!!
I didn’t know they did this till we ate there one day and they told me students got a free drink. One of the kids mentioned that we homeschooled, and they assured me that as a teacher I could have a free drink too! LOL funny thing is I don’t like their food so almost never go there.
