If you want to make a few extra bucks, you might consider doing surveys online! It’s not a get-rich-quick, or even a get-rich-slowly scheme, but it can definitely bring in a few extra dollars to spend on groceries, Christmas gifts, or just blow on fancy coffee. :)
There are a lot of survey scams out there, but I’ve done surveys pretty extensively for both Pinecone Research and MySurvey and really enjoyed working for both of them. Pinecone signups are open only on a limited basis, so watch for the latest “open sign-up announcement” on Springs Bargains – I’ll definitely let you know when they’re open!
MySurvey.com accepts applications anytime, so you can check them out, too. Pinecone is nice because it pays $3 per survey; the drawback is that you have to answer some household questions surveys that don’t pay. I like MySurvey because you earn points for every survey, but you do have to get up to 1,000 points to get your cash (surveys are anywhere from 10-500 points).

Pinecone is awesome. I signed up last time you posted about it being open and I get about one survey invite a week, and the checks always arrive a few days after completion. Nice way to make a few extra bucks!
I signed up for Pinecone once years ago, then life happened and I quit. I would love to join again. Thanks for letting us know!
I signed up last time you mentioned it but never heard anything from them. Maybe this time.
Lynne, if you never heard anything, not even a confirmation email, it might be worth checking your junk mail folder in case it went it there. It’s possible they didn’t approve you, but my guess is you would have heard *something*
I think I did get a confirmation email now that you say it. I guess I am too ordinary or not ordinary enough or something. LOL!
I have signed up each time you have posted them and have never gotten any response. I guess I must be too ordinary too!
I’ve been doing Pinecone for years, and love it! It’s an easy and fun way to make a few extra bucks, and I like being able to try out some of the products too.
I just visited the website but don’t see anyplace to sign up. What am I missing?
Kinsey, Pinecone signups are open only periodically, and they fill up fast. This is an old post, so registration is closed right now. I’ll post again when they’ve got new spots open!
