Jenny emailed me about the annual Target toy clearance event and wondered when it would be starting! If you haven’t heard about it before, twice a year Target clears out a bunch of toys to make room for their new stock. It usually happens in January and July, and there are usually some sweet deals to be found when the toys hit 75% off.
I was in Target at Powers and North Carefree this weekend and they had 2-3 aisles of toys marked down to 30%. The real game is knowing when they mark those toys down to 50-75% off. When they do, they’ll go fast! If you see good markdowns at any of the local Targets, I’d love to know so I can share with everyone! Just contact me and I’ll post it ASAP.

How do we get a hold of a coupon for the tag books?
I was at the Target at Union and Academy today and there must have been 10 people working on the toys marking things down. The signs said 30% but boy they were doing a lot of work. Don’t know if they were working on marking things lower or if there were just marking a lot of toys down.
They did have some of the Tag and Tag Jr books. But that was this morning who knows if they would still have them now.
