  1. There are BOGO coupons for both the Reach Floss and Toothbrushes making them $0.50/each:
The Floss coupons exp 01/31/2011 (RP 1/3/10)
The Toothbrush coupons exp 01/31/2011 (RP 1/3/10) or 12/31/10 (RP 12/6/09)
**There were also coupons for $1.50/2 found in a coupon booklet that you highlighted a few weeks back that were found in Safeway’s pharmacy area. If you happened to snag a booklet, you can get one floss and one brush for $0.25 each. :)

    • WHOA! You are right – I just pulled those out of my box because I thought they had expired… Totally didn’t notice the date was twenty ELEVEN! Thanks, Joanne. :)

  2. Hi Carrie. The printable version of KS is different than this… this extended version is missing the Kelloggs, Keebler and milk deal! But it printed out on the printable version!

    • Kathy, I totally forgot to do the milk and cereal deal when I first published the post, so I had to go back and add it about 15 minutes later… I think if you refresh you’ll see the milk and cereal deal on the actual site.

  3. OH! …and in that same Safeway booklet with the coupons for Reach stuff, there is a coupon for $1/1 any Neutrogena product making the face bars FREE.

  4. Just got back from Kings on a quick run over my lunch hour and there were Blinkies in the cereal aisle for $1/2 Kellogg’s cereals – the varieties included in the Milk+Cereal event – so you can get all six items for $4 when you use two blinkie coupons!!!!! YEA!!!! :)

Also, there are certain varieties of Blistex that are also 10/$10 (unadvertised) – you can use these coupons to get for $0.30 – $0.50 each:
*Blistex Lip Care Product, Any – 01-17-10 SS, exp 3/31/10
*Blistex Lip Medex, Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment or Blistex Medicated Lip Balm, any – 12-13-09 SS, exp 3/1/10 (if these are the kind on sale, I can’t remember…)

  5. So a gallon of milk is $1 at KS this week?

    • Yes, I had to read it three times to make sure I was reading it right! See Joanne’s comment above, she found blinkies to go with it, too!

  6. Here’s a KS question for you. I was just there yesterday and something new happened. They manually entered the manufacturer’s coupons that said “Do Not Double”. So, for me, the EarthGrain’s bread deal wasn’t as good as I expected, as the coupon wouldn’t double. I also bought Cuties and they wouldn’t double that coupon either. Bummer. Anyone else experiencing this?

    • Michelle, I used the Cuties coupon on Sunday and it doubled just fine. (I shopped at the Hwy 115/Cheyenne store.) They also didn’t enter any coupons manually ~ so they all multiplied up. I did note, however, that the coupon I gave them for the Softsoap for $0.50/1 only increased by $0.33 since the sale price was $0.88…no overage there. But the $1/1 coupons I had for Coke went through for the full amount even though they were on sale for $0.99.

    • Was this at the Woodmen/Lexington store? I have had problems with that issue there.

  7. There are pads of Morningstar coupons floating around, I found mine at Albertson’s this weekend. 75 cents off, which should help with those.

  8. I have an advertisement that printed from the King Soopers coupon receipt box (not sure what it is called!) that is from Kelloggs – It says if you buy cereal from 2/10-3/10 you can get a “coupon off your next shopping order”. If you buy 3 you get a $1 coupon, buy 4 get $3 coupon, buy 5 and get a $4 coupon. The product listed to buy are Frosted Flakes, Apple Jacks, Froot Loops, Corn Pops, Cocoa Krispies, and Honey Smacks. The first 4 are listed in the add in the buy 2 milk and 4 cereal for $1 each. Don’t see why we can’t get even more off – and that doesn’t include coupons!!

  9. Joanne,

Did you received a $3 Catalina after purchasing (4) Kellogg’s cereals in the (2) Milk + (4) Kellogg’s products for $6″ Promo? It was reported on that a reader received a $3 Catalina. If so..

    “Buy (2) Milk + (4) Kellogg’s for $1 each” + Kellogg’s Catalina =
    (4) FREE Raisin Bran + (2) FREE Milk (after Catalina)

    Catalina Details:
Through March 10th, on Kellogg’s Cereal 10oz or Larger (including Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, Cocoa Krispies, Honey Smacks , Corn Pops, and Frosted Flakes)…

    Buy 3 get $1 off
    Buy 4 get $3 off
Buy 5 or more and get $4 off

Looks like you can get all 6 for FREE if you like Raisin Bran!
Use (2) “Save $1.50 Kellogg’s on any TWO packages of Kellogg’s Frosted… Raisin Bran, All Bran” found on

    (2) Milk= $2
    (4) Raisin Bran= $4
    – (2) $1.50/2 Raisin Bran
    = $3 at Check Out
    – $3 Catalina Back
    = essentially ALL FREE

    • My friend actually did the purchase, I called to ask her if she got one and she said no. We shopped at the 19th St. location yesterday.

My sister and mom each did the deal up at KS on Stetson Hills and neither of them got one either.

  10. Oops, Raisin Bran is not included in the Catalina. Please delete.

  11. Does anyone have tips on freezing milk? My husband and I use a gallon or two a week, but I would like to do this deal a few times. Our cereal stockpile is low!

    • If youare freezing a gallon, you’ll need to open it & pour a little out as milk does expand while frozen (I’ve never had issue freezing unopened 1/2 gallons, but gallon ones do need a little help!). I’d recommend using a deep freezer rather than one above your fridge. Thawing the milk will take a while …. either in your fridge for days, or (not recommended by food safety, but never has given me grief!) in a basin of cold water.

  12. The milk and cereal deal says limit 1 per transaction. So we might have to go back multiple times. Also Sure deodorant for men was on clearance at Kings on Stetson for $1.43 and I had coupons for $1.50 off but no money maker they only gave me the $1.43. Oh well, still FREE!

  13. The Powers/Stetson King Soopers still had Raisin Bran when I was there this morning PLUS the boxes sold had coupons in them for $1 on 2 boxes that were good on more Raisin Bran so even if you are out of the $1.50 off of 2 (I used both of mine this morning) you can still get them cheap when you buy a box and go back for more with the coupons! The boxes are marked as having coupons and they are not in the cereal, just slid into the box!

  14. I can’t wait to get some of that $1 milk!

  15. CoffeeDiva says:

I’m new at this, but last week and this week I noticed that the ads are not the same for the City Market in Woodland Park, bummer! It’s similar, but one can only purchase one gal of milk and the four boxes of cereal for $1.20 ea. They have had all the catalina deals that I’ve tried though.

    • That’s interesting! I don’t check up on City Market too often, but seems like in the past they’ve followed along pretty closely. Feel free to let me know if you see any hot deals at City Market, or alert others to the fact that it’s different there!

  16. Does chicken not often go on a great stock up sale or is it a seasonal thing? We’re big chicken eaters here, and for some reason, I’ve not seen a great price on it in a while.

    • What kind of chicken?

      • Oops, should have mentioned that – anything boneless really. We prefer boneless, skinless chicken breast, I have a “bone phobia” after I chipped my tooth on one.

        • It *rarely* goes on sale for $2 or less at King Soopers… can’t remember the last time I bought boneless, skinless chicken at King Soopers. It goes on sale FREQUENTLY at Safeway, Albies, and Sunflower for $1.88/lb or less – like usually, one of those stores has it for that price each week. Sunflower has it for $1.77/lb this week.

          • The bags of the frozen boneless, skinless will go to 33% off or more every few months. We usually buy the bags of tenderloins at about $1.33 a pound. They actually just had it a few weeks ago, but I missed grabbing some. Their’s is good so grab some when it goes on sale. I’m picky and don’t like bone in and I hate when it’s boneless, skinless but still has tons of fat and tendons. Yuck. Hopefully it comes around again soon. I’m getting low.

          • Strike that. My husband says he thinks it’s usually more like $1.66 or $1.88. Can’t remember for sure but I know for a fact it’s under $2 a pound. Sorry.

  17. Well, since hubby’s home now and I’m not taking advantage of HomeShop with KS, I’ve been looking to expand to Sunflower and Safeway. So it looks like I start at Safeway! Thanks Carrie! Wasn’t sure on a target price since I hadn’t shopped the others. A lifesaver as always. :)

  18. I the wisk is a great deal. Wisk is on sale for $4.25, I loaded a KS ecoupon for $1.50/1 wisk and used a $1/1 Wisk Q bringing the cost to $1.75
