A couple of hot diaper deals at Target this week!
Huggies Snug and Dry Jumbo Packs $8.50
Use $1.50/1 printable Target coupon
Net cost at checkout: $7 each
Rating: 3.5-4 – you may quite likely have home-mailed manufacturer coupons if you’re on the Huggies mailing list, bringing the cost down to $5-6
Cost per diaper = 12.5-23¢ per diaper, depending on size. (This assumes that you use only the Target coupon.)
Pampers Jumbo Packs $8.50
Use $2/1 insert coupon (yesterday’s RedPlum insert)
Net cost at checkout: $6.50
Rating: 4, maybe a 5 if you are brand-loyal.
Cost per diaper = 15.5-18.5¢ per diaper, depending on size
You can get size 3s from Diapers.com for 13-14¢ per diaper after rebate, so probably a little bit better deal, but of course you can only do the rebate once. It’s hard to build a stockpile of diapers – they go through them so fast! I’ll be trying to make a stop at Target this week for diapers.

I’m only seeing a $3 off 40ct. Huggies coupon… could that be because I already printed the $1.50 coupon a month or two ago?
Or, it’s possible they pulled it in the time that I checked and then published the post. I seem to have that luck lately!
Hmm, maybe. I haven’t printed it yet so that could be why it’s there for me and not for you.
I found that diapers were typically cheapest if you used the $5 sign up coupon on luvs or their $1 off coupons that come in the packages and combined it with the big value box at Target and their gift card incentive for purchasing two. I have no idea how often they still run this deal, but it was great when my son was in diapers all last year. Or I would use a gift card (and coupons) from using the Target pharmacy (the prescription would cost the same no matter where I fill it, so you might as well get a gift card with it) to go towards my diaper purchase.
Am I missing something? Isn’t 1.50 off of 8.50 = 7.00 per pack?
Whoops, you’re right – I’ll fix it. :)
There is also a Target gift card deal going on the 12ct poptarts, and Nutrigrain cereal bars…but 4 get @4/$10 and get a $5 gift card. I have insert and from Kellogg’s cereal box coupons for both poptarts and the cereal bars, but even at $1.25 a box, this seems like a decent price, especially on the cereal bars.
they have $1 off 2 nutrigrain bars on target coupon site, but it’s a manufacturer coupon, so you can’t combine with other mfr coupons. ends up being 10.50 for 5 boxes (I think you need to buy 5 to get the card) plus a $5 gift card
