Megan and Traci found a great use for the 55¢/1 Barilla pasta coupons that came out in yesterday’s paper. It’s on sale for $1 at both King Soopers and Safeway, so after doubling, you’ll net some free pasta!
If you want to stock up on pasta but don’t have enough coupons, don’t forget that Safeway brand pasta is on sale for 50¢ through Tuesday, I believe. Not quite free, but about as cheap as it goes without a coupon!

I did the pasta yesterday at King Soopers, thanks! (I did have the most horrendous experience at the store on Academy & Austin Bluffs though, a letter to the store manager & corporate bad.)
The Gillette Satin Care For Women Shave Gel 7 Ounce is on sale for $1.88, there are $.55/1 inserts (one in this past Sunday’s paper) making them $0.88 each! I’m still pretty new to this but it sounds good to me. (and a better price than the travel size, 2.5 oz, at Target for $.97.) I’m headed out later for this… I found the price on King Soopers HomeShop, not sure how long the sale lasts, I will try to update tonight.
If you have time, let me know if you confirm that the Gillette price continues on this next grocery week… that’s a great deal, I think – we don’t get deals on shave gel very often.
Update!
I was in a hurry tonight but I’m pretty sure the shave gel is on sale until the 30th, but I am positive it goes on into the next week. I had used one of my coupons at Target for the sample size and was holding out for a better deal for the rest. I was able to pick up three tonight.
I love being able to check prices on the Home Shop but I wish they would tell you when the sale ends.

For those of you who like Almond Milk, I bought a Blue Diamond Almond Milk last week (with my $1 off coupon) and at checkout got a coupon for a FREE Silk brand Almond Milk (on sale for $2.49), which is a new product. I redeemed the free coupon today and got another $1 and .75 off for my next purchase of Silk Almond Milk.
