You’re not going to believe this… The Broadmoor Hotel is having a sale! Pick yourself up off the floor, it’s true – this weekend, you can reserve a room for 2010 for half price!
According to the Gazette, you can make a half-price reservation for any night in 2010 this Friday at 12:01 AM to Sunday at midnight. Call 1.800.634.7711 or go here to make an online reservation starting Friday morning.
Hope some of you are able to enjoy a getaway you thought you might not be able to afford, and make sure you tell any friends and family that might be traveling this way this year! You can share this post easily by using the Facebook, Twitter, and email buttons below.

I went and perused the dates available for the sale – there are very little there, took me 4 tries to “preview” to get a date up. Be prepared for hardly anything for a Th, Fri or Sat. for September. I tried some summer dates and they are not available at all for any of the rooms either.
Wow, I looked at weekend dates in May & October & saw lots of options. Hmm…I wonder what will actually be available once the sale starts.
lol – figures, probably my unlucky early September birthday and July anny.
Even on sale we can’t afford it. I just looked it up and those prices are insane.
I soooo agree — a “standard” room in the “off season” is $325 a night!!!!! Sheesh!! I’ll be staying home!! :)
Also to note, they are throwing in access for free to their special room thingy’s like the aromatherapy room, sauna, fireplace room and something else. But really… at those prices, you had to pay access to a fireplace room before?
Maybe someone who has been there can elaborate on why going to that room would be worth any extra money normally?
The Broadmoor is exceptional!!! Rooms, Service, Amenities, Employees, Grounds, Shops…LOVE all of it!!! Little pricey but great for a special evening! Stayed there for about 7 weeks when we were relocating to this area…..had a corner suite, with fireplace and patio….could of stayed there forever. Also…love the pool and outdoor fireplace in the evenings!!! ( My husband LOVED the golf)
Are green fees included in the price, or if it was extra, do you remember how much?
sorry…not included….my husband thinks it was around $175.00 for 18 holes,,,,sounds like alot but the courses are incredable!!!
Forgot to tell you about the Movie Theatre…..small but very nice!!! Movies everynight.. AND…the FOOD…..really I could go on and on….dont miss the Sunday brunch!!!…
I just booked a night for my two kids, my husband and I for June in a Standard room. Price was $220 plus $ 26 in tax and service fees. I could have booked the same room for Thanksgiving weekend for $ 160 (still available this morning) but decided for the more pricey time, so that we could use the outdoor pool at least. This won’t be a cheap stay if you include everything, but it sure will be memorable. I’m taking it as a once in a life time things.
Is the price for a standard room $325 when it’s half off or is that the normal price? I just looked & couldn’t tell if the prices showing were marked at half off already or if that is something that happens at checkout?
I’m super excited to have just booked our stay on Sat. Nov. 6 for my husband’s birthday. Standard room was only $160 and with taxes totaled $179. I feel it is a very good deal considering it is a 5-star hotel. When is the next time we’ll be able to stay at a 5-star hotel for under $200. I’ve been there for events and meals and they treat you like royalty.
