Adena confirmed that yes, the Kraft cheese catalina deal is going on at Safeway! And, when I was there yesterday, I realized that they had their 5 oz bags of Kraft Grated Parmesan for $1.99. Buy five, earn the $5 catalina, and they’re just 99¢ after the catalina!
Personally I prefer to grate parmesan cheese from a block, but since Sam’s stopped carrying the blocks, it’s been too expensive for us to have very often. I’m stocking up on this deal!

Nope, I don’t think it is at any of the King Soopers. I checked last night and the parmesan was around $5 at KS – youch!
I was at the unitah KS…parm was not included. But at that KS they have blinkies for $1/2 right with the Kraft Cheese
Don’t forget to look for the blinkies, too. That would make them even cheaper if the work with those coupons.
Can you freeze Parm Cheese in those containers? Just wondering because it would take us awhile to use all that up! :)
The parmesan that I saw (and promptly purchased) is shredded in bags, just like all the other shredded cheeses. The bags are 6 oz. I don’t know if the 5 oz. that Carrie referred to is a solid chunk (I don’t think so – I think she said shredded) or if it’s in a different type of packaging, but the bags of it at Safeway are 6 oz. I will be making cheese raviolis with one bag, and I put some in the freezer too – I think they’ll freeze just fine. :)
