Thought you might like to see a new picture of Baby! She’s two weeks old now, growing fast and busy charming everyone. We can usually catch a few actual responsive smiles every day, which is so fun. I am praising God for a very quick recovery and smooth transition (so far) and our wonderful friends and family who have brought meals over the past couple of weeks.
Now, here’s another sweet baby (though not as sweet as mine, of course!)…

We’ve done something similar to this BUT I did it only monthly and used the same white sheet each time with them just in a diaper.
I have done it with all 3 kids so far and will do this with #4 who turns 1 month this week :-)
it’s fun to compare them at the same ages.
I like having the same background for that reason, but wish I could have been more consistent in my lighting. Several times I have been limited by being out of town or something and have a couple with weird lighting, but hey, at least I got the picture taken!
I’m impressed that you’ve done it with all four! My problem is that I didn’t do anything like that with the first three… So will we have sibling fights as they get older because Mom did it for one kid and not all? LOL!
I agree I have 3 and have not done the same thing with all 3. The first has a newborn picture, the 2nd his was a Polaroid since he was in Nicu the 3rd was at Ft. Carson and I refused to pay $25 for 1 picture of a newborn get real. But I have done the first day of school pictures with all of them and 1 pictures or 2, 3 or so every month for the first year. Needless to say with a 21, 8 and 18 month old I had tons of pictures.

I was sure to go get photos taken every 3 months for the first year – I wish I had done something like this! It’s so cool!
