Just a reminder that you have until August 31st to make a free hardcover photobook from Picaboo! They’re offering a free book to new signups through the end of August. Quite a few of you have said these are very nice books!
The offer is good through the end of the month, but remember you have to create the book so you can order it… You’ll probably need at least an hour or two to get the book “assembled” unless your photos are way more organized than mine are!
I had good intentions of doing this, but after I downloaded the software, I can’t make it work. Maybe because I’m on a Mac?
I got it to work on a Mac… Seems like I did the “alternate installation” though, which just required installing Adobe Air manually.
Apparently, I missed the page that told me the book was free for the first 20 pages. Oops … it did take me the better part of the afternoon to compile mine & my photos are somewhat organized by album date on my computer. Definately not something to work on while kiddos are around! So, before you start … remember you are given 20 pages free, afterwhich you pay $1.99 per page! Have fun – it is a really simple program to run.
I got my book in the mail yesterday. It was very nice! You can also send links online for people to view your book for free (or they can pay to have it printed themselves).
