  1. In the King Soopers back to school booklets that came out in August (I think) there are $2/2 and $1/2 coupons for the Hot and Lean Pockets. They are manufacturer’s coupons so I cut the King Soopers logo off of mine and used them at Albertson’s last week when they were $.99 but they can be used at KS in this sale. Also, eggs are $.44/dozen if you have one of the B1G1 coupons that came out a week or so ago.

  2. There’s a $2.50/1 Kingsford charcoal coupon that we got as long as you’re buying meat…would bring the bags down to $2…but you do have to buy them with meat. Doess’t say what kind, so I’d imagine any meat – even the hot dogs or lunchmeat. :)

  3. I went to King Soopers tonight to get some of the Nabisco snack saks and there was a sign by them saying that it was a misprint in the ad. It is supposed to be smaller bags that are part of the deal…not sure which ones, though. I never found them, but the $1/2 coupon won’t work for them since they are smaller than 8 oz. The big ones are still priced at $0.99, though.

Is this something that might vary by store? Has anyone else noticed this at theirs?

  4. Carrie,
I have an ethical dilemma that I want to get your take on. The Albertsons on Austin Bluffs told me I cannot use manufacturers’ coupons that are issued by King Soopers (and have the KS logo on them). If I cut off the logo, Albersons can’t tell where they originated. I just cut off a logo this evening, but I hesitate to use the coupon because I’m not sure what the legalities/ethics are here.

    Thanks,
    Penny

    • Carrie Isaac says:

Well, I’m not a fan of doing anything to try to fly under the radar, lol. I’m about 99.99999% sure that Albertsons will get reimbursed for that coupon as long as it’s clearly a manufacturer’s coupon. I would simply ask before using a coupon with another store’s logo on it again – then, if they say no, be prepared with another coupon or just buy it without a coupon. My guess is that another cashier will be just fine with it, and like I said, I’m sure they will be reimbursed as long as it’s a manu coupon.

  5. The Nabisco “Go Packs” that are the right ones on sale are actually in cups with bright yellow lids. I had to find a manager to find them. The coupon I have from the insert is for 4.04 oz or larger and the Go Packs are 4oz. The not even 1/4 of an ounce difference wasn’t a problem for me or the cashier. I hope that helps you shop the sale. Good Luck!

  6. I found a few more. Everything except the Kraft cheese deal at the bottom is part of the Kick Off promotion so be sure you follow the guidelines.

    * Kraft singles – $1/2 in the 9/26 SS. Still net at $1.49 each when you buy 2 (but just in case you can’t print the $5/5)
    * Dreyers – $1/2 48 oz in Oct. All You. Net at $2.29 each when you buy 2
    * Planters nuts – $1/2 ANY 5.75-21.25 oz. Net 1.49 each when you buy 2

If you get the Kings My Magazine mailers you can stack:
    * Chips Ahoy! – $1/2 (expires11/21). Stacked with All You coupon net is FREE when you buy 2.
    * Kraft Barbecue Sauce – $1/2 (expires 10/29). Net cost is FREE when you buy 2
    * Kraft singles or 5 oz. or larger – $1/2 (expires 12/5). See below
    * Kraft or Cracker Barrel Cheese 5 oz. or larger- $1/2 (expires10/29). See below.
    * Juicy Juice – $1/2 (expires 11/17). Net with insert or printable is $1.00 each when you buy 2
    * Capri Sun – $1/2 (expires 11/21). Net is $1.00 each when you buy 2
    * Fuze – $1/4 (expires10/29). Net is still $.25 but on FOUR
    * Hot or Lean Pockets – $1/2 (expires 11/7). Net is $1.00 each when you buy 2
    * Stouffers Lean Cuisine – $2/5 (expires12/5). Net is $1.25 each when you buy 2

    Kraft cheese stacking deal:
Buy 5 participating bars or shreds and use $5/5 printable above and both $1/2 mailer coupons for a net of $.59 each when you buy 5.

Hopefully I’ve done my math correctly!

    • Hey Jill – I’m pretty sure that the home mailer coupons for name-brand products are actually manufacturer’s coupons, so you may not be able to stack them with other coupons. It seems like Kings Soopers only has store coupons for their own brand products. But I’m not with my coupons right now, so I could be wrong!

      • Hi Rebecca, I have always stacked them and never had a problem. I’m pretty sure that as long as they have King Soopers logo on them, they are considered store coupons. That is why other stores won’t accept them even if they say manufacturer… Kind of in line with Penny’s question up above.

        • It is only a matter of time for you :-) I used to do it and have no problem, but now I don’t even try anymore cuz I’ve had too many times where they wouldn’t let me do it.

      • I have to agree–those home mailer coupons are actually manufacturer coupons. They state as such on the top or back of them. Safeway and Walmart’s coupon policy states that they will accept “manufacturer” coupons from other stores with their logo on them. Unfortunately, I don’t think that Kings, unless you have an easy checker, accepts those from other stores. So……I personally would say that it would be unethical to use those home mailer coupons with a “regular” insert manufacturer coupon.

  7. Hi, I thought the price for Energizer batteries sounds like a good deal–20 ct AA or AAA for 5.99 (using the coupon on the pkg itself). This averages out to about .30 per battery. I haven’t priced the bulk pkgs at Sam’s Club to see if this is actually as good as or better deal…

  8. I was just at the Stetson Hills King Soopers and they had coupons for the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese “Explosion” variety that are $0.55 off 2 (after doubling, $1.00). That makes them free :) I found them on the cardboard displays just in front of the meat counters.

  9. They have the Honeysuckle White ground turkey on for 2 for $4 and I had insert coupons for $1/1, so they were only $1. It seemed like it might be a good deal, but I wasn’t sure.

  10. Does anyone know if that Glade catalina deal is still going on from last week?

  11. A google search on the glade candle catalina shows in two places that the catalina promotion ends 10/9…..

  12. I just had to mention the Barilla piccollini pasta is still 10/$10. and every time I buy 3 I get a new coupon print out for $2 off 3. We are stocked up on pasta. And I love the little pastas.
I saw the coffee mate creamers included in the deal too, they are like $1. 79 or so. I just remember they are a better deal at Albies this week, but not my much. Both stores it is the smaller bottle.
