Sheila wants to get a piece of sports memorabilia framed and wants your tips on a framing shop:
Other than using Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or Joann’s, I’m looking for a very reputable framing shop that I can trust with a signed piece of sports photography and get a reasonable price with good customer service.

KEMPER Galleries on Academy and Montebello!
They are wonderful. And every time I have priced them with Michaels and Hobby Lobby on a custom frame job they are almost always the cheapest and I think do a better job. Very knowledgeable and good selection. Would highly recommend!

Several years ago I had them mount and frame 3 antique quilt squares made by a great-great-great Aunt (late 1800s) and several crochet pieces made by my Grandmother (WWII). They are not the cheapest place in town but they do REALLY nice work.

I would highly recommend myrtle tree at 4765 carefree
circle north. Their phone number is 719.638.8653. They do really
great work there and the owners are super nice.
I second Kemper. I have had several pictures framed by them
that turned out amazing! (My aunt has had several sports things
framed by them as well.) The customer service is wonderful. Ask for
their help with finding a frame in your budget – they’ll be happy
to find something! Several of my pictures were framed using the
last few scraps of molding from a former larger piece. This made
one frame only $12! It looks like museum quality with their
professional laminating, glass, and mounting techniques.
I second Kemper Galleries!
Thanks for your suggestions everyone.
On another recommendation I ended up using First Choice on Galley and am sooo pleased with the work they did!
They were very friendly and helpful, did their best to save me money, while giving me the best framing for the project. They actually talked me out of the most expensive option, which is what I went in thinking I needed.
They keep their prices down by not keeping everything in stock, so it did take about 14 days to get it back, but it was even better than I imagined.
I have friend who does lots of cross stitch and she says Kemper Galleries is the best. Great job and reasonable prices.
