We have used Carpet One last year and they are pretty good and offer financing if you need it. We are using Carpet Direct this year on our other property because we have heard good things about them. They aren’t doing the work until next week so can’t comment yet on quality, other than the word of mouth. They don’t do financing so that is the down side.
We used Rustic Flooring which is located off of Corporate Center Circle. Their new showroom is amazing and they had really reasonable prices. The staff was helpful and everything was installed as promised and on time. We got carpeting and they tiled our kitchen, bathroom and mud room. All look great!
We used Carpet Exchange to replace carpet, tile, and add wood floors in 2010 and had a positive experience. The installers were excellent!

I know a guy who does a great job! He’s done several for us (different locations.) I think the company name is Eagle Eye, but just ask for Robbie and you’ll have a great installer–he’s also inexpensive. His number is :

we just had carpet installed from carpet exchange and were very happy…I got 3 quotes and they had the most decent price for the highest quality carpet. the installers were very professional and even came back out to check on something for me….it was a wonderful experience!!!
