The $5/1 Gillete Fusion Proglide coupon is only good if you buy a package of refill cartridges along with the razor, not on the razor alone.
If anyone finds the Nivea (historically it has been a ‘no show’ during these sales) and uses the $3/2 coupon with no issues, can you post where you found it/used it? Thanks!
Tammy, I was able to use the coupons at King Sooper, and didn’t have any issues.
It’s in the checkout lanes at Walmart. Price match there and you’ll get the overage too, if you have the $3/1 coupon.
I also found the nivea lip care in walmart next to the nivea body lotion. Thats where they keep the other flavors, which are also included in that sale.
I usually find the Nivea lipcare at the registers. At the location at Union & Research, they have baskets or display boxes where they bag the goods, so you just need to ask for them at checkout. HTH

so when you price match at walmart do you just buy the 4 items? do multiple transactions? or do you just buy what you want with your coupons?
When I did it I used the $3 off 2 coupon, price matched at $1 each with albertsons, then the overage when to something else I was buying. (IB for my sick kiddos…) I guess it depends on how many coupons you have. I always do 1 transaction because I never do more than 4 coupons per item since most coupons say limit of four at a time, and I don’t want to clear the shelf..
when you price match at the register at Walmart, do you jus tell them it’s 1.00$ at Albertsons or do you have to go to the Albertsons store and get proof?
You can theoretically just tell Walmart what the price is, as that’s their official policy and some stores even keep competitor’s ads at the register. However, if you have a copy of the actual ad, I would take it in just in case there’s a problem. Has anyone else noticed that when we get great Nivea coupons and a store has it on sale for $1.00 that Wal-mart is ALWAYS out of the lip balm? Maybe it’s just me but I was in WM on Monday and they had Nivea everywhere and today not a tube is sight. I know it could have sold out but it happens every single time.
Erin, I found them up at the checkout (to the right hand side) at our WM (in Falcon). I did have to look in a few aisles before I found some, but they did have them, and I didn’t go until last night, so the sale had been going for a couple of days.
I had two of the $3/2 coupons, so I purchased 4 of them…price matched a gallon of milk w/Safeway’s 1.97 price, so the overage on the lip balm made the milk pretty much free (there was a little sales tax in there for the lip balm). I had some other purchases too, but deals like this really help. (Thanks, Carrie, and everyone at Springs Bargains!)
There is a catalina working on the nature valley bars. It was a nice surprise when I went this morning!
The Albertsons on Centennial and GOG did not allow me to use the Nivea coupons. They said they do not allow overage and would not adjust the coupon down.
I purchased 3 nivea lip balms and used the $3/2 coupon with no problem at the Cheyenne Mtn Albies…
Soft Soap: Albertsons on Union and Research have softsoap for $1.00. I found one that is 11.25 oz which you can use last weeks coupon on. Not sure if this is a good deal but I remember reading something about it on here some place.
Has anyone else had issues with the coupons not scanning? I was talking to my favorite checker at Albertsons and was told that 50% of the coupons anymore are not scanning. I have had issues at Walmart and Safeway as well. Not sure if I have used coupons that were new at King Soopers yet. I have contacted both Coupons.com and Red Plum.
Yes I have had issues as well, at Albertsons too. Were you checking out with the nice girl with the long reddish brown curly hair? I love her. She manually input all my Q’s. I finally figured out they are missing barcodes, which I then found out several manufacturers are switching to just one bar code and possibly some stores systems are not updated yet. I remember hearing about this happening months ago, so not sure why the stores systems aren’t up to date. But hopefully it will be resolved soon. Nothing worse than having none of your coupons work! :)
I agree! I start to get embarrassed. :) I was a little releived when both the newspaper and printed coupons did not work because of the bar code.
With the exception of Walmart I usually deal with the same cashiers and they have been entering them for me. Walmart entered them for me the last time too but the new cashier was sort of dumbfounded.
I agree that the stores should have been up to date on this issue as well so hopefully we will see them working in the near future and we will be back to status quo. :)
The Albertsons at Union and Research had a LOT of the Nivea lip care. I had a $3/2 coupon and a printed $1/1. They adjusted the $3 one to $2, but said that they had just been giving $3 off 3 instead of 2. I could have gotten an additional one free, but I was fine with 3.
You can also get a buy 8 save $4 on Totinos Pizza. That brings them to .79 and I had 2 buy 4 get $1 off so they were .54 each.
