Although not local I have used Tire Rack online many times since they have great prices and customer service. I have them shipped to our mechanic (Accurate Japanese Repair) and then have the tires put on there since I know they are trustworthy mechanics. Or I have Accurate check through their tire guy and usually he can match or beat the price I would have paid at Tire Rack. If you have a mechanic you trust it can be a good way to get quality tires that you can then have put on by someone you trust versus a yahoo at a local tire store. Not that I know anything about this experience. :) Also, I have used Big O tires in Monument successfully and twice they even patched a tire for free.
I hope you find a great place-I used one of the recommendations on this site for a body shop and was really pleased with them.
I strongly recommend Rex Tire on West Colorado Avenue. We’ve used them exclusively for years, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for tires! They’re friendly, honest and service-oriented, and are very helpful in finding the best-value tires for your needs. We have used Discount Tire for 11 years here in Colorado and when we lived in Arizona. We have never had any issues and they have a great warranty.
We – or I should say, Jeremy – use Discount Tire and have been pleased with their service and warranty. I know there’s been quite a few times that the tires haven’t lasted as many miles as they were warrantied for and there’s never been an issue with getting the warranty credit.
I second Discount Tire. We’ve used them her in town for the last eight years & then in another state for years prior. I’ve been to both the location at Dublin/Academy & also the one by the Walmart on Woodmen/Powers. Always treated respectfully & their pricing is fair. They do price match any other advertised price too. Happy with their service. FYI – my hubby had a flat tire (dealer tire) & went to discount. They patched it free of charge.
we bought 2 sets of Tires from Big-O Tires on Powers. Was the best price we found here incl. from Pete Service Station. We drive an Ford F 150 and an Nitro so prices are higher then a Passenger Car.
Rex Tire. They have the best service I’ve found, are decently priced, and if anything’s wrong with the tires they’ll fix them quickly and usually for free.
I’ve used Discount Tire for 5 years and there service is unbeatable. I’ve been to about 7 branches (including 2 out of state) and there service has always been great. Every time I’ ve ever needed a new tire it was either still covered by the manufacturers warrantee or I ran over a nail, so the replacement was free! Plus free tire rotations! I wouldn’t shop any where else.
I’ve used Discount Tire for 20+ years and won’t go anywhere else either. I now have my sister, daughter, friends using them also. They have excellent customer service and totally back their products/warranties. I have never had a problem at any of the locations :)
I wholeheartedly recommend Rex Tire. I have always been treated with great respect and never had to worry about being a woman in a man’s world. They shoot straight and have good prices. I have been very happy with the tires and the excellent wear record for the many cars I have taken to them over the years.
Discount Tire off Platte and Academy!! Have been going there for 3 yrs now and they always get me the greatest deal! Their customer service is impeccable and I always leave there knowing that I was taken care of with absolutely no doubt about being ripped off or taken advantage of! They are amazing there and I recommend them for all tire sevices!
