Any advertisers, especially on Springs Bargains, that require us to go on Facebook to get a coupon, looses our business. That is an absurd thing to ask people to do.
I think you have to remember that businesses use coupons to grow their business and don’t have to offer them. If a company wants to grow their Facebook fans, a coupon on their Facebook page is a great way to do it. I think Stagecoach’s offer was pretty nice as it doesn’t involve any sort of software download or Facebook app authorization. :)
I am not a huge fan of Facebook, but I do have an account that I use simply to access coupons, etc. And I agree with Carrie. It’s great that you don’t have allow any app authorization or software download to get this. I wish we could print coupons online without having to download anything, but I understand the need for it so people don’t print 1000 of the same coupon.
