		<description>I love how versatile tomatoes are.  I haven&#039;t bought any on this sale because I got so many in the garden this past year that I canned pints, quarts, then I made soups, tomato juice, ketchup, etc.  Whew!

I make a salsa that uses some fresh ingredients - onion, cilantro, jalapeno, etc., along with some lime juice, salt, garlic powder, etc...and a can of tomatoes.  It tastes really fresh, and is nice in winter when fresh tomatoes aren&#039;t out in my back yard. It&#039;s super easy and would be great for the big game!</description>
