Ratings Information: How The Ratings System Works

This weekly ad review is part of BeCentsAble’s Grocery Gathering.

  1. Using the coupon for SPAM wouldn’t that make each one 1.99ea?

  2. The price for Spam should be 1.99, yes? Probably a 3 or 4, rating wise. :)

  3. The La Victoria Salsa is 24 ounces compared to Albertson’s 16 oz.

  4. Crystal says:

Is the sale on Kraft Singles a good deal? They are 2.49 with the Safeway coupon. Thank you!

  5. I was just at Safeway at Union/Academy and they had tons of milk marked down 50% so that means it’s only $1 per gallon! I got 2 gallons myself because that’s all we can drink before the expiration. Most of the gallons expire on June 9 which gives you some time to drink it all up. Also, I bought the blueberries that are $3.99 and they are so delicious!!

  6. Are he blueberries a weekend only sale?

    • OK, and I just realized that the organic blueberries at King Soopers (11 oz for $3.99) are a really great deal, especially for organic! That’s the equivalent of paying $1.59 for those 4.4 oz containers that were $0.99 at Sunflower (NON-organic) a couple of weeks ago.

(I really hate how blueberries seem to come in all sorts of package sizes – have to do math every time I need to rate them. :)

  7. Amy, no they are on sale the full week, but my Safeway had run out so I got a raincheck so that I don’t have to keep running back to see if they are in stock.
