Yeah, the food is very good. It’s a nice upscale restaurant. Carrie, do you take all 5 of your kids to restaurants like that? I have 2 toddlers and we generally only eat at casual places like Fazolis with them.
Haha. Well, not very often. They are usually pretty well-behaved at restaurants but it’s so not relaxing for Jeremy and I while we’re trying to KEEP them well-behaved. ;) We actually went to Tucano’s with them a couple of weeks ago at lunchtime, when it’s cheaper for adults and before my oldest turns seven (so all the kids were free). That was a pretty good experience since we didn’t have to wait for food, but it still wasn’t terribly relaxing. And since all the kids were free, we left a big tip so it still wasn’t exactly cheap, haha.
You can tell they aren’t used to eating at sit-down places very often, though – when we do, they are usually like “why do we have to wait for a table”? “Why do we have to wait for our food?” It’s really kind of comical, they are just not used to sit down places. We can do fast food like a pro, though, lol.
Definitely go on a weekend when they have the waiters dancing and flamethrowers! It’s a lot of fun. I recommend the Aegean Club (I think that’s what’s called). You get a TON of food.
