Here’s a somewhat abbreviated roundup of Safeway’s deals this week. I tried to get some of the best deals, but honestly, I’m in Colorado Springs and somehow with people’s homes being devastated by wildfire, doing coupon matchups seems a little irrelevant. I am thankful to be safe but so very sad for those who have lost their homes. Please pray for the entire state of Colorado!
Please note that these days are valid through Wednesday, July 4th.
These deals are valid June 27-July 4, 2012.

Just a heads up that I tried using the cheese coupon in Monument last week and he said that if the internet coupons don’t automatically go through, they can’t manually enter them. Carrie, thanks for all you do to help save my family bundles!
Aw, honey, I know just what you mean. I’m having the WORST time concentrating going over the ads….but I think it’s more valuable right now then ever! I’m feeding a steady stream of extra people and the food banks need things and the money’s just got to stretch even further than it normally does! Couponing for a cause is one of my favorite things to do!
Goldfish are 10 for $10 this week Friday through Monday. On a scale of one to five, that’s like an 11 for me!
What you do makes a great impact! And I know just how you feel…our lives are emotionally on hold and activities are all indoors so all you hear is about what’s going on out there. If you see “Snack-Like” stuff and canned stuff on sale pass it on…we’ll stock up and take it over to Care and Share!
I know how you feel. We need to go to the grocery store, but part of me thinks why buy food when we don’t know what the fire is going to do?
I feel guilty complaining I don’t have air conditioning and my house fills with smoke at night. I haven’t slept past 4:15am the past 2 nights and now I’m up at 2:30am. At least I have a house, and a husband who has a job. His job sent him home so he can work from home (hot) Thurs. and Fri. Think I’ll go scrapbook at Archivers today for the A/C.
Just returned from being evacuated for 10 days and having to throw all our refrigerated/freezer food items out. Carrie, I am SO THANKFUL for you and this site! I am going through all the grocery deals still valid today and working on refilling our fridge as cheaply as possible. Since we haven’t been getting our paper delivered, it was a cinch to get on your site and see within minutes what we should be purchasing now. Thanks so much!
Oh Sharon, I didn’t realize you’d been evacuated (not that I even know you outside of this site, lol, but I feel like I do)! So glad you were able to get back home today!
Plus, how cool is it that some of the sales are valid through Wednesday?! :) God must have arranged that specially for you. :)
lol. I feel like I know you, too, Carrie!!!! It was pretty awesome that some of the sales were still valid today! We were very fortunate to have a home to come back to. We lost a rental property that we own, but I really can’t complain. Others lost so much more than we did.
