My husband and I just closed on our house last week, a short sale, and all of our friends and family keep telling us that they can’t believe how quicky and smoothly everything went for us! I think it all has to do with who we were working with-they were both very helpful and very on top of everything! I was expecting the process to be stressful and it wasn’t at all! (Packing and unpacking however, is quite stressful for me :)
