If you can’t tell from the title, I am excited about King Soopers’ new Mega Event that starts on Wednesday! They have American Beauty and Ronzoni pasta for $0.49 each, no coupon required! I’ll definitely be making several trips to stock up.
The new Mega Event also has lots of other great deals, including cheap granola bars, Nabisco Snack Saks, Ore Ida potatoes, Turkey Hill tea, Ragu pasta sauce, Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, and a whole lot more!

The Tresemme isn’t *exactly* just “free” with the coupon, it says save $3 off a styler wyb the shampoo or conditioner. So, it will depend on how much the stylers are…or am I reading it wrong?

Oh, but I did find a $0.50/1 Progresso Recipe Starters coupon over on familydollar.com. Most of their q’s are store q’s, but this one is a manuf. q so it will make those $0.49 each at KS this week. :)
The ocean spray juice coupon is for one 4 pack of pomegranate blueberry juice. not the 64 oz
If you hop over to the turkey hill website and use the contact us portion, and ask for coupons, they will send you a SWEET packet of coupons. Usually there’s several for $1 off one turkey hill item and .50 off one item. It usually comes with a quickness.
For the Fiber One Bars/Brownies deal, I see that the 7/15 SS had not only the .50/1 chewy bar but also .50/1 brownie. Both the chewy bars AND brownies will end up being .39/ box after catalinas, I think? If I buy 5 of each of these, will I get 2 $3 catalinas or do I have to do two transactions? I went to King Soopers this morning and there is not catalina deal for the Kleenex, BUT I found some peelies on some boxes ($0.25/1) makes them $0.49/box.
Also in the dash magazine (August 2012) was a Ore-Ida Grillers $1/1 Coupon and they are included in the mega event, so they are $0.99/bag!

If anyone has the September issue of All You (the one on special for $2.50), it has a coupon for $1 off 3 Birds Eye veggies just a couple pages in which makes them just $0.67 with the sale.
Ups I forgot, there was a Kraft barbeque sauce coupon on their fb site a while ago. The barbeque sauce is $1.09 at King Soopers right now, so $0.09 after Coupon. Not free, but pretty cheap! ;)

Wholly Salsa is on sale 2/$4 if you have the BOGO and $1.00 off it’s a sweet deal! I can’t remember what insert they were in.

Does anyone know how they do rainchecks for the Mega Events and how that works? Would you have to buy 10 of the item you get a raincheck for?
It kind of depends on who writes the rain check!

I had a VERY successful trip tonight at King Soopers. Pre-total-80, post coupon/discount total, $25. The cashier was very, very helpful and didn’t stress at all about the amount of coupons. I loved that the Ronzoni included in the deal was the whole wheat and smart taste ones! I’m probably going to go back after work Sunday night and give it another go. You know…you can never have too much pasta!

FYI, the Turkey Hill coupons were beeping for me and neither the cashier nor I could figure out why (I used 3 $1/2 q’s and bought 6 items). Upon further examination, they state 1 coupon per TRANSACTION. Oops. So, if you’re wanting to buy more than 2, you should do multiple transactions. ergh…coupon use regret! :(

a little bit of extra fun- I bought two puperoni today in my trip and got a $1 catalina.
also, I got a two dollar catalina for purchasing three of the selects turkey hot dogs that were included in the buy ten event, that I had several coupons for. It turns out king soopers is participating in the buy ten, get ten dollar Kraft catalina event, even though they weren’t listed when I searched this area.
that works well with some of the new coupons that are out. I have my catalina sitting next to me, let me know if you want me to type out all that’s included.

also this is a link from forthemommas.com for a .35 off one whole grain bird’s eye steam fresh. I can confirm from my king soopers trip this morning that there are some of these participating in the buy ten event, making them .30 after purchasing ten items and doubled coupon.
