Salvation Army in Colorado Springs will be having 50% off sales this Thursday through Saturday, August 16th-18th:
- 50% off all clothing on Thursday
- 50% off* all furniture on Friday
- 50% off the entire store on Saturday
*Their email says “we have slashed our [furniture] prices by half!” so I assume that means they’re 50% off, though it doesn’t directly say.
The Salvation Army in Colorado Springs is located at 3955 Tutt Blvd. Note that the email said “Salvation Army stores in Denver” but that’s always what it says and the sale is also going on in the Springs. I tried calling to confirm but no one answered.

Thanks for taking time to post about these sales. I generally avoid thrifting because I don’t need the temptation to spend more time or money or add to the number of our possessions. But these 50% off sales have yielded some excellent (and needed) finds. Tonight I came home with 4 good pairs of kids shoes (L.L. Bean, Keen, Saucony) and a baby sleeper all for a grand total of $9. So glad for this provision for us in lean times.
