Great deals on blueberries this week at Sprouts/Sunflower Market. Man, we’ve had a lot of great blueberry deals this summer, which I am very happy about! They also have a great deal on walnuts, at least compared to the price at Sam’s Club, and black beans are $0.99/lb. I didn’t realize how good of a deal this was until I bought black beans in a one-pound bag at King Soopers recently – they were twice that price, yikes! So, I should probably pick up some in Sprouts/Sunflower’s bulk bins.

Black beans, when in stock, are $1.00 at Dollar Tree. And they are as good as any I’ve bought for twice the prices elsewhere.
Ok, good to know. I need to make a trip and stock up!
All the beans at Dollar Tree are now 12 oz. bags, so that’s 1.34 a pound. (Dry beans.)
Was at Sunflower Market yesterday and the reusable bag credit was $.05. Did it used to be $.10? Wondering if it’s less now that they are becoming Sprouts?
Yes, it did used to be $0.10! I never remember my bags so I don’t know when it might have changed.
i noticed that, too… it must be a sprouts thing. also carrie, the link to last week’s grocery ad is actually a few weeks old i think. thanks for all you do! :)
Whoops, thanks for the catch!
Yes, Sprouts only gives you a 5cent discount per bag- sad to see that change! :(
We buy whole walnuts at Costco for $6 a pound.
