El Taco Rey is actually located at 330 EAST Colorado. For those who haven’t been there, it’s just west of the NW corner of Wahsatch and Colorado. It’s a tiny restaurant and parking can be interesting, but it’s definitely worth going. The parking lot is behind the building and you can access it from Wahsatch (best to be heading south).
