This easy recipe for Herb Roasted Chicken Quarters will leave your house smelling wonderful! It’s simple enough for a weeknight meal but great for company as well. The same recipe author has another variation, Orange Rosemary Glazed Chicken Quarters, that looks delicious, too!

I recently bought 10 lbs of frozen leg quarters. I figured I’d cook them a few at a time. I just pulled the bag out of my freezer and realized it’s all one giant frozen blob! Do people usually cook 10 lbs at a time??
Sure! Lots of people batch cook/bbq for meals at another time. You could thaw it an bake, broil, boil ot bbq all that, then set aside whatever you need for whatever you’re making. Why not get the biggest part of the meal done and over with?!
