The third Saturday of every month – that’s this Saturday, October 20th – is a free day at the Money Museum on the campus of Colorado College! They’re open from 10:30 AM to 5 PM and are located at 818 North Cascade Avenue. They are now operating their Mini Mint, a “smaller version of the actual screw presses used to mint coins from the 1500s to the early 1800s” from 12-4 PM on free Saturdays, too.
