There’s a new printable coupon for $1.00 off one Marzetti Caramel Dip! I have to tell you a funny story about this dip and my kids:
A month or two ago, I spotted a couple of container’s of Marzetti’s Caramel Dip in King Soopers’ manager’s special bin. They were pretty cheap, so I bought them and served my kids apples with caramel dip a couple of times for snacks.
The second time I served it, I noticed the kids kept calling it “apple sauce”. (We clearly do not eat actually applesauce very often, eh?) I tried explaining that it was caramel dip, not apple sauce, but they just didn’t get it. Can we please have apples with apple sauce, Mommy?
Well, last week I made real applesauce. You know the kind where it’s just apples and maybe a little sugar and cinnamon? They pretty much didn’t believe me thatthis was actually applesauce, and I think they may have been a little disappointed to know the truth. ;)
Anyway. If your kids like “apple sauce”, go here to print a coupon for it.

Great story! Don’t you just love how literal kids are — of course caramel dip would be a sauce for apples, making them “apple sauce”.
