Walgreens Weekly: Finesse for 99¢, Free Colgate and More

I am happy to see Finesse for just 99¢ and more free toothpaste this week, but I can’t say that I’m jumping up and down for any other deals. There are a few, but only if it happens to be just what you need. :-)

Here’s what I found for this week.

Be sure to read “Walgreens Coupon Policy and FAQ” if you are a new Walgreens shopper, or even if you aren’t sure that you’re making the most of your shopping experiences!

These deals are valid December 2 – 8, 2012.

  1. I have been all through the ad several times and can not find the Finese or the Nivea lip balm anywhere! Where am I missing it at?

    • Kris,

I have certainly had that problem before and looked over a coupon that I’m sure is there! :-) But, I double checked the ads and I have the Finesse coupon in both the Gazette and the Denver Post (SS 11/18). The Nivea coupon is definitely in the Gazette, but I didn’t get the RP insert in my Denver Post on Sunday so I couldn’t verify that one.

Look again – good luck! :-)

  2. Oh, sorry, I didn’t specify. I have the coupons but I can’t find the products listed in the Walgreens ad itself. Where are the in the ad???? I feel like a dummy not being able to find it but I know if I don’t have the ad, with my luck I’ll get to the store and it won’t be on sale and I will have no way to prove to the clerk that it should be a different price because I won’t be able to locate it in the ad. Does that make sense?

  3. I just went through the entire ad twice and I can’t find them either!

  4. Just to let you know the Gevalia coffee is on sale for $5.99 and in the December coupon book there is a coupon for $1.00 off. Also there is a coupon for $1.50 off from a few weeks back (11/11?). So I got 2 bags for $7 plus my two filler items.

  5. Don’t forget the Blue Bell ice cream coupon on their website that resets monthly for $1 off one gallon. Print twice for Blue Bell at $7 for 2 ($3.50 per gallon) this week with Balance rewards card.

  6. I believe the products were in the ‘bonus buys’ pages that we SOMETIMES get. I included them because I had purchased the finesse last week and its price continued another week. I assumed the Nivea would as well???

    Hi

I am not sure if my post got deleted or if I posted it in the wrong place. I went to the filmore store and got the tights bogo50% so they were .75 apiece after the coupon. I also got the volume hair mouse that is in the dec. book for .79. There is a 2.00 off Q in there and a Q for the nails which makes them .50. IDK maybe people are against beauty products here so let me know and I wont post anything about them. thanks

    • Always looking for beauty products. I have a 13yr old daughter who is now starting to do her own nails. :-) Always need new things. thank you!!

Hi Crystal! OK I know some religions do not like their people to wear makeup or anything like that so I wanted to make sure. I think the press on nails are so much better these days- they look like real nails. I wouldnt recommend anyone getting the real artificial nails though because I had them for 20 years and finally was able to take them off and let my nails recover and it was very painful and they were really weak for appx 6mo. Cucumbers and liquid silica are also really good to take to get your nails stronger.

    • Our daughter likes to paint her nails and she has used the sheets of nail color. They work really well. She does have some press on nails too. But she saves those. lol. I also had acrylic nails for a long time. They are so hard on yours nails and I won’t let her even think of those. lol. I wear make up and she is allowed blush and pale eye shadow if we are going out. I remember her age and just finding makeup. It was so much fun. We are looking for little things for stocking stuffers for her. Nail things and make up are great.
