I tried to use this coupon today at the Safeway on Academy & Austin Bluffs and was told they have “never” accepted online coupons that are for a free item, so they refused to take the coupons. However, I went to Walmart and DiGiorno pizzas are marked down to $4.50 each, making this an even better deal! I had no problems using my coupons and my pizzas ended up being $3.00 each!
Agh, I forgot about that. They don’t accept printable coupons that are free without a purchase, which means that they *should* have been fine with this coupon since it required the purchase of two to get one free, but some of the cashiers don’t understand the difference.
Glad you were able to get an even better deal at Walmart, though!
