Pepsi products and Dr Pepper are a pretty good deal this week at just $2.73 for a 12-pack. Not really a stock-up price but good if you’re running low. We’ve seen Arizona Tea for 50¢ so often lately that it’s hardly worth mentioning. ha!

I recently got chia seeds at wags and there is a 2.00 coupon in the january book for them. They are good to make a fake Cesar dressing from because they are like a thickener. Just add to liquid and add the flavorings you like like lemon, chives, garlic, vinegar and even blended zucchini.
Or you can add coconut or almond milk to a couple tbs and make a porrage or pudding- just add pumpkin pie spice, bananas, raisins, etc.
I also wanted to mention a 3.00 MM for the iron supplement coming up on the 27th. Print your coupons now. Also there is a 2.00 Q in the box. I have tried them before and they dont have a weird taste or anything.

I did the nature valley deal yesterday and it went great. I bought 5 boxes of the peanut and fruit and nut bars for 10.00 – 2 .50 Qs so it was 9.00. I got 2 3.00 RRs and 1000 pts so it was 2.00 net for 5 boxes! Someone said she used a 1.00 off of 3 nature valley and a .50 off 2 Q for hers so they were even cheaper. I didnt see the 1.00 off 3 Q in the denver 1\6 paper but maybe it was in the cs one.
