Welcome To Our New Sponsor – My Husband?!

If you’ve been reading here for more than a few days, you’ve probably caught on that my husband, Jeremy, is a Realtor.  I don’t think I’ve ever “formally” introduced him, and today I’m going to since he is our official sponsor this month!  Jeremy is in his sixth year of selling real estate in Colorado Springs and loves it.  He started in the new homes industry, selling homes for a local builder, and switched to representing buyers and sellers when he realized his passion was not just in selling, but in relationships and advising his clients on what was best for them, even if it meant they didn’t buy a home right then.

This video and these pictures aren’t part of some some super-premium package that the seller selected – Jeremy does this with all of his listings. Since over half of home buyers will find their next home online, in some form or another, it is super important that your home looks fantastic online, so Jeremy invests in a professional stager, an HDR photographer, and Hollywood-style videography to make your home standout online. (His listings typically get a lot of showings due to their “online curb appeal”! You can see his portfolio here.)

Obviously, as a bargain-lover, I’m proud of the fact Jeremy works hard to get a great deal for his buyers as well.  He does a lot more than just show you a few homes and tell you where to sign on a contract and then collect his commission – he’s constantly working to negotiate the best price for his clients and taking care of dozens of little details that often delay or stop the process if your agent isn’t on top of things.  (If you know my husband in real life, you know he’s pretty competitive, which is a big asset when he’s your Realtor!)

    I really like that third home. ;) We LOVE working with Jeremy — he’s so easy to work with, and works really hard. After we saw the results of the professional staging, photos, and video, I can’t believe anybody would hire a realtor who doesn’t use those things!

  2. We desperately need some advice from a Realtor regarding some renovations that we really need to do to our home. Would Jeremy be willing to answer questions?

    • Yep, I’m sure he would – just shoot him an email at jeremy@thecircagroup.com. He would love to talk to you before you start – I know that he likes it when people talk to him in advance because sometimes the things that actually do and don’t make a difference when it comes to resale are surprising and he can give you an idea of what’s the best bang for your buck.
