OK, so I am a little excited that lettuce is on sale for $0.88 starting Wednesday at Sprouts (and it includes romaine this time)! It’s been so long since we’ve had anything other than baby greens – I am craving a Caesar salad!
They also have a great deal on Cuties, and their buy one, get one free sale continues.
These deals are valid March 6-13, 2013.

There were a lot of chips bogo this week so may be something u want to pick up if you go on wed. There is also a back corner where there is a lot of discount stuff to look at. It is the area by the supplements. I got a few really good prices back there on stuff I had been wanting. Also if someone needs energy or feels like they have a slow thyroid it is good to get kelp tablets and tyrosine. Tyrosine is just an amino acid but I have tried it and felt like it was better than coffee. Kelp stimulates the tyroid as well and can detox metals and radioactive particles from the body- like from microwaves which destroy the thyroid slowly especially if you stand near it a lot in your kitchen or sit near it. I did an experiment where I put fruit near the microwave and a bowl of fruit across the room to see what would happen. The fruit near the microwave rotted really quickly and looked like it had some oxidized burns on the inside. Since then I have not had a microwave. My mom had breast cancer and lymph cancer and always used the microwave as well as drank diet sodas. Its also good to make sure and eat cruciferous vegetables to prevent cancer- and eat them raw if possible. Cruciferous means cross- which is pretty interesting as well.
Wow! Thanks for the information — it is good to know.
I was able to use the to two coupons on my Earthbound Farms BOGO today. The cashier was pleasantly surprised it took both–I was happy too. Came out to 1.99 total.
