Albertsons Weekly: Tree Top Apple Juice for $0.99 + More

Update: the $0.38 vegetables were too good to be true.  Heather reported that Albertsons said it was a misprint and is not honoring the price.

There are several good deals at Albertsons starting Wednesday and they don’t require coupons. You can get their Essential Everyday vegetables for $0.38 – this is a full pound bag! I haven’t tried this brand yet – anyone have any feedback on it? I suppose for $0.38 it’s definitely worth a try.

You can also get Tree Top apple juice for $0.99. These deals do not start until Wednesday.

These deals are valid January 15-21, 2014.

  1. I used to generally buy libby’s or green giant frozen/canned veggies. I tried Essential Everyday vegetables & they are just as good – I buy them all the time now :)

  2. They’re just fine. You occasionally get a stem, but flavor and overall quality is comparable. They’re sweet corn is actually better than most

  3. The frozen vegetables are a misprint. They are not honoring the price.

  4. Bummer! I was excited about the vegetables. The price was definitely too good to be true, though. Remember when we used to be able to get the steamers free all the time? Those were the days!

  5. It wasn’t JUST the veggies, either. I went back for the tree top juice and there were five different, “Valued Customer” notes at the front. It was mostly about different kinds of fish.

  6. I thought they had to honor the price even if it is a misprint. That is Albertson’s mistake not the consumers mistake. Am I mistaken?

  7. They made a mistake at Thanksgiving with turkey prices. The ad didn’t say the price per pound was only good with an additional $25 purchase. They had signs all over the store noting their misprint. They didn’t honor the ad price then, either. :(

  8. All Albertson’s are NOT honoring the 38 cent misprint, but 88 cents for a 1lb bag of veggies is still a good deal. I tried them and their good veggies. Walmart has 99 cent bags, but their smaller.

  9. Tiffany H says:

I get coupons from a friend at work so I don’t know where it came from, but another customer at Albie’s had it also. It was $1.50 off of 2 Fresh Express items which made the salad $0.13 each.
