2014 Summer Reading Programs in Colorado Springs

Summer reading programs for kids are about to start! Not only does the Pikes Peak Library District have a great reading program with fantastic prizes, but you can also do programs at B&N, Pottery Barn, and more. (Note: the PPLD reading program doesn’t start until June 1st.)

Looking for good books to read?  I’m keeping a list of books that we enjoy here – I typically add a few books every week! There are also some resources for finding good books listed, too.

Keep reading for full information on all of these programs.

FYI: the Colorado Springs Pottery Barn Kids location closed a few months ago. The closest PBK is Denver.

I was glad to come across your information of summer reading programs for Colorado. If you like Tattered Cover (even though it is in Highlands Ranch or Denver), they also have a reading program this summer. It begins June 1, 2014 and goes until August 31, 2014. Details at this website: http://www.tatteredcover.com/bookedforsummer . We hope you all have a happy time reading!
