King Soopers Weekly Deals (Aug 13-19): Good Deals on Jelly, PB, Tide, and More

A bunch of the deals that start on Wednesday at King Soopers use their digital coupons.  Keep in mind that these don’t double, so sometimes there is an insert or printable coupon that actually nets a better deal because they will (usually) double.  I say usually because it seems like a lot of the coupons that are being released these days are coded not to double, so it’s become more hit or miss.  (A reader reported that someone told them they weren’t doubling coupons anymore but I think the employee might have been confused or misinformed.)

I’ve been seeing that King Soopers is testing out a new order online, pick up in-store option in Denver and I emailed them to find out when it might be coming to Colorado Springs.  It’s supposed to come here sometime next year and I cannot wait!  If I can order online and pick up at Sam’s and King Soopers, I may never have to set foot into the grocery store again!  (OK, that is not possible, but one can dream!)

These deals are valid August 13-19, 2014.

  1. For the Family Size General Mills cereal deal, I was able to use the $3 eCoupon on my card and also two printable coupons for $.50 off each box of Cheerios. I don’t know if that was supposed to happen or not. I get confused about when/if you can combine digital/paper coupons at King Soopers.

    • Well, I just looked and that is one of those coupons that you can use up to five times in one transaction, and people have been able to use paper coupons with those in the past, so I THINK that those that are “use up to five times” are considered store coupons and can probably be combined with paper coupons. So thanks for pointing that out!
