Coupon Workshop Information and Registration

Need to reduce your grocery budget?   I’m excited to be presenting Grocery Bargains Workshops that are open to anyone in the community who would like to learn about super-couponing and spending your grocery money wisely!   Stay tuned for an announcement of the next workshop date!

“If you haven’t attended one,
you should! Carrie has such wonderful information
to share. I thought knew what I was doing good
with couponing on my own but she really taught
me how to be effective with it. I can’t even tell
you how much money I have saved putting her
suggestions and tips into play.”

During this two-hour workshop, I share a wealth of information on how to get the most out of your grocery budget . You’ll learn how to reduce your grocery spending by combining store sales with coupons to get name brand products for cheap or even free, stockpiling for maximum savings, understanding marketing gimmicks and learning not to fall for them, learning how to plan your meals around what’s on sale – and you’ll be free to ask questions all the questions you want!

You also receive a handout with information on store coupon policies, a target price list, helpful tips about organizing your coupons and many other strategies on maximizing your grocery dollars. I guarantee it will be the most fun you’ve ever had learning about grocery shopping!

“I’ve been couponer/sales shopper my whole life
and for the first time I learned things that reduced
our retail/grocery budget $200 each month.”

The workshop is $15 per person and is payable via Paypal (you can use your credit card, bank account, or Paypal balance and you do not need to have a Paypal account to complete payment). Please note that due to the demand, I am unable to hold your spot without payment. Here’s answers to a few common questions:

Can I bring my kids? You’re welcome to bring your infant, but so that we have minimal distractions, please do not bring older children.

What if I have to cancel? Can I get a refund? If you need to cancel for any reason, I’ll be happy to refund your registration fee minus a $5 cancellation fee.   You can also apply your registration fee to a future class.   Due to the fact that I have to cover Paypal fees and room rental, I cannot give a full refund.

Stay tuned to the blog for updates – a new workshop date will be announced soon!

Kathy: Hmmmmm....I never considered that Macintosh apples might be seasonal. I've never had a problem finding them, though. I used to buy them every week but over the past six months or so I've had a really tough time finding them.

Lisa: I was able to get Challenge butter at KS yesterday for $1.50 a pound by using the coupon you ladies mentioned. It's on sale for $2.50/pound (unadvertised). It's not the best price we've seen, but it's been awhile and we needed some to make birthday dinners.

MeLissa: I've been meaning to post that Hanes.com has all bras for $8.99, including sports bras, underwire, wireless, racerbacks, and several other types.

cheapMama: I second the butter comment, Jennifer! I'm totally out! There is a new printable for Challenge dairy/ butter on coupons.com- I printed it this morning with high hopes for a sale!

Jennifer P: I need butter...LOL. Carrie...did you mention before that butter usually goes on sale around Easter? I need to stock up...thanks!!

Sunny: I just taught myself something new.. Google Docs :D Here's the link to the SC Johnsons PDF. HTH. https://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B-fmTbjhvAU9ZjdmOWQ3ODktNzA3Ni00Mzc5LWI3MDYtODZjZGI1NDkxZWZh&hl=en

Charlotte: Carrie, since you have so much time on your hands ;) would you be willing to email me to SC Johnson PDF that Sunny sent you? I don't mind giving her my email but I seem to remember that it's against privacy policy for your site.

Kelly: I just found strawberries for $1 at the Walmart in Jackson Creek, they were deep red hardly any white
