Big time thanks to Laura for letting me know this deal has been extended: sign up for a free ING Electric Orange checking accountthrough today and you’ll get $121 credited to your account!
Here’s how it works:
- Open an Electric Orange checking with Reference Code EOSAVE.
- Use your Debit Card to make 3 signature transactions (you know, the ones you have to actually sign) within the first 45 days.
- On day 50, we’ll put $121 in your account. You have to open today to get the $121 bonus.
Both Laura and her husband were able to open accounts – she says the bonuses of $242 is more than they’ll spend on Christmas. What an awesome deal! Hurry and sign up TODAY!

OK, I signed up, but on all the pages I didn’t see anything stated about the $121 cash back. Did I miss something? I was approved and printed out my paperwork, but I didn’t see the cash back offer anywhere…..any ideas?

Michele, did you enter the EOSAVE reference code when you signed up? That’s what will give you the $121 bonus.

Michele, when I applied for mine, it didn’t say anything either, and I had used the EOSAVE. I called them at the 800 number and had them verify for me that I had done everything OK. Give them a call and make sure, and you’ll have peace of mind (and $121!!)
-Laura, who is really happy about this!

I did this yesterday. Glad its been extended maybe I’ll sign my hubby up for one as well
When I did it there wasn’t any major notice but there was a small box at the top of the last page where you click to actually finish and complete the accounting opening that said Congratulations, you’re on your way to earning a $121 Electric Orange Bonus.

Where can you find the rest of the rules like if this turns out to be a bad decision how long dp I have to keep this account? I have not done anything like this before.

Christina, signature transactions are the ones you have to sign for, as opposed to the ones where you enter a PIN or don’t have to sign at all.
I haven’t been through the account set up process, but I’m sure it’s all disclosed to you when you sign up. Make sure you read through any “terms and conditions” carefully and that will tell you the fine print.
