There’s a long list of restaurants offering gift card deals for the holidays this year – great news if you’ve got a lot of “gift cards are just easier” people on your list! Here’s the ones that I’ve found for restaurants in Colorado Springs. Note that with most of these, you’ll earn a bonus or rewards card. Be careful with that, because for many of them that means they expire or have a limited amount of time that they’re valid.
Applebees: buy $50 in gift cards, get a $10 bonus card.
Buffalo Wild Wings: buy $25 in gift cards, get a $5 bonus card.
California Pizza Kitchen: buy $100 in gift cards, receive a $20 rewards card.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill: buy $100 in gift cards, get a $20 bonus card.
Carino’s Italian: get $5 in Carino’s Cash with every $25 gift card purchase.
Champp’s: buy $50 in gift cards, get a $15 kick back card.
Chick-Fil-A: buy a $20 gift card and get a free 2010 cow calendar.
Colorado City Creamery (OCC): buy $25 in gift cards, get a free $5 gift card. Thanks, Bill!
Culver’s: buy a $20 gift card get a free Double Butter Burger Cheese Value Basket.
Famous Dave’s: get a $5 bonus card with every $25 in gift card purchases. Thanks, Cherry!
Fazoli’s: buy a $20 gift card get a $5 off coupon.
Josh and John’s (downtown COS only): $5 gift certificates for only $2!
Keva Juice: buy $25 in gift cards (in multiples of $5), get a bonus $5 card. It looks like you also get a 10% discount whenever you buy with a gift card!
La Zingara (Palmer Lake): buy $50 in gift certficiates and receive a free copy of Mama Mia! Farnco’s Cookbook.
Mimi’s Cafe: receive a $5 coupon when you buy a $25 gift card.
Outback Steakhouse: buy $100 in gift cards get a $20 bonus card.
Panda Express: no gift card bonus that I know of, but they do have a calendar with $50 in coupons!
Paravicni’s Italian Bistro (Old Colorado City): buy $50 in gift certficiates and receive a free copy of Mama Mia! Farnco’s Cookbook.
PF Chang’s: purchase $50 in gift cards and get a $10 Be Our Guest card.
Pizzeria Rustica (Old Colorado City): buy $100 in gift cards and get a $10 gift card.
Qdoba Mexican Grill: buy a single $25 Q-Cash card and get a $5 voucher free! Buy $50, get two $5 vouchers.
Red Robin: buy $20 in gift cards, get $5 in Bonus Bucks, or get a 20% discount for every $500 gift card purchase.
Romano’s Macaroni Grill: buy a $25 gift card, get a $5 bonus card.
Salsa Brava (Rockrimmon and Briargate): buy $100 in gift cards, get a $20 bonus.
Slayton’s BBQ (downtown COS): buy $100 in gift cards, get a $20 bonus.
Smoothie King: get a free small smoothie with a $25 gift card purchase.
Sonterra Grill (downtown COS): buy $100 in gift cards, get a $20 bonus.
Souper Salad: buy a $20 gift card and get a $5 bonus! Thanks, AVM!
Ted’s Montana Grill: buy four $25 gift cards and get a $20 bonus card. Don’t forget to add a Restaurant.com certificate to make those gift cards go even farther! Note that Michele said you can buy any combination of amounts as long as the total is $100.
Texas Roadhouse (Power Blvd location only): buy $30 in gift cards, get a $5 “buy back certificate”, plus with any $50 purchase, you’ll get a free gift bucket with peanuts, steak seasoning, and a free appetizer card! Must mention you heard about it on Springs Bargains 
to get the bucket, and note it’s only good at the Powers location.
Zio’s Italian Kitchen: receive $5 for yourself for every $25 you buy in Zio’s Gift Cards

At Ted’s Montana Grill you can buy any combination of gift cards totaling $100 and get the $20 GC
After I saw the ad this weekend, I went into the restaurant to check if I could steamline my gift cards a bit
