I’m excited to be introducing a new feature here on Springs Bargains – a local bargain map! I’ve created a Google Map with thrift and consignment stores, scratch and dent grocers, ethnic markets, and more. If you’re looking for some new places to find bargains, try using the map to find bargain haunts in your part of town – or wherever you’ve got an errand to run!
Here’s a small version of the map:
You can view a much larger Colorado Springs Bargain Map here. You can find this link in the top green navigational bar under Local Information, and also on the sidebar under Special Features.
If you’ve got a favorite bargain-hunting place in the Springs area that you think should be added to the map, please contact me so I can consider adding it!
Let me know what you think, I’d love to hear!

I like the map. I’ll be checking it out for places i haven’t gone to before. Thanks!
I’m missing the wall! Wanted to let you know that if you become a fan of Redbox on facebook you get a free rental code for 3/17.
I’ll get the Wall back soon – have to troubleshoot and make sure it wasn’t causing some errors.
My guess is you’d rather have the site without the Wall than no site at all.
That’s for sure! I just had no idea where to post the redbox find.
DAV Thrift Store. (Disabled American Vets.) Can’t find a site online. 2444 East Platte Avenue, 636-3397. I believe Saturday is half off most items. Smaller store, but I usually find something.
Across the street is the Gospel Shelters for Women Thrift Store. Again, a smaller store but I’ve found some nice things there. Gospel Shelters for Women Thrift Store. 2441 East Platte Avenue, 475-8508.
Thanks for the Map, love it!
Thanks, Sunny! Forgot about both of those!
The map gets me excited to do my next “treasure” hunt. Thanks so much for putting it together!
Don’t forget about Recess on W. Colorado. Great kids consignment store. A little more expensive, but much better quality clothing.
Ah, thank you! Haven’t been there, but it’s on my list-of-places-to-visit-and-review in the next 5 years.
