When I clicked through the (many) links to redeem the certificate, it does give you $10 of credit. BUT, the $10 isn't applicable to the regular $25-for-$10 certificates. The certificates are full price. So, you only get $10 toward a $25 certificate. So you'd come out worse, having spent $15 for a cert instead of the usual $10. I don't know if you could get 3 of the codes sent to you to enable you to have $30 of credit, which might let you get a $25 cert for free.
