Veteran’s Day Discounts & Veterans Eat Free

Veteran’s Day is Sunday, November 11th, 2012, though because it falls on the weekend, many observances will fall on Monday, November 12th. To honor our military, many businesses give discounts and free meals to veterans on this day. Please be sure to confirm that your location is participating, as many are “participating locations only”.

Veterans Eat Free and Restaurant Deals on Veterans Day 2012

Applebee’s: free meal for veterans and active-duty military on Sunday, November 11th. There is a limited menu available for this promotion; see the options here. Free meal for veterans is available at participating locations only; show proof of service to get the meal.

Arby’s: select locations are giving veterans a free roast beef sandwich. Go here for a list of states where locations are participating (though not all locations in each state may participate).

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse: free lunch entree or mini or individual pizza for dinner on either Sunday, November 11th or Monday, November 12th. Present military ID to receive offer.

California Pizza Kitchen: free pizza of your choice, plus a free non-alcoholic drink, on Sunday, November 11th or Monday, November 12th.

Champp’s: free cheeseburger and fries for veterans on Monday, November 12th.

Denny’s: free all-you-can-eat pancakes for veterans on Monday, November 12th from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Einstein Bros: free classic or signature bagel for veterans on Sunday, November 11th. Offer does not include cream cheese or toppings.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard: free custard cone or dish with any combo meal purchase through November 12th – present this coupon!

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill: free entree with the purchase of another of equal or lesser value, valid Monday, November 12th with military ID.

Golden Corral: hosting their annual Military Appreciation Monday on Monday, November 12th. Veterans can eat for free from 5-9 PM. Go here for more details.

Great American Cookie Co: free cookie for military (show ID or wear uniform) on Sunday, November 11th.

Krispy Kreme: free donut and a small coffee for veterans and military on Sunday, November 11th.

Lone Star Steakhouse: veterans receive a free entree from their special Stars and Stripes menu on Monday, November 12th. You will receive your choice of one side with the entree.

McCormick and Schmick’s: free lunch or dinner for veterans on November 11th or 12th – choose from a select menu.

Mimi’s Cafe: free lunch or dinner with the purchase of another entree and two drinks – valid November 9th-11th. You must print this coupon to receive the offer.

Olive Garden: free meal (from a select menu) for veterans on Sunday, November 11th. Choose from the list of entrees here.

Outback Steakhouse: free Bloomin’ Onion and drink for military on Sunday, November 11th and Monday, November 12th.

Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen: free appetizer with the purchase of an entree for veterans on Sunday, November 11th. Does not include Maryland-style crabcakes.

Red Lobster: free appetizer for veterans on Sunday, November 11th – limit one per veteran.

Schlotzsky’s Deli: free small original combo (includes chips and a drink) when you show your military ID on Sunday, November 11th.

Sweet Tomatoes: veterans receive a free meal with the purchase of another on Sunday and Monday, November 11-12th. You must purchase another meal to receive the free meal.

Texas Roadhouse: free lunch for veterans on Monday, November 12th from 11 AM to 2 PM. Choose from one of the ten offerings on their Veterans Day menu.

T.G.I.Friday’s: free lunch for veterans from 11 AM to 2 PM on Monday, November 11th.

Uno Chicago Grill: buy one, get one free deal for veterans on Sunday, November 11th and Monday, November 12th. Valid on entrees or individual pizzas, must present ID.

Colorado-Only Veterans Eat Free Deals

Dutch Bros (Colorado Springs): $1 drinks for military in uniform or with ID on Sunday, November 11th.

C.B. & Pott’s: free entree (up to $9.99 value) for veterans with the purchase of another entree and two drinks on Monday, November 12th.
