Albertsons deals: March 11/17

Published March 11, 2009 by Carrie in Grocery Deals

albertsons

Some well-rounded deals at Albertsons this week – I’m seeing breakfast, meat, veggies, and dessert for great prices! If you’ve got a kid or two or three in diapers you should definitely check out the Huggies deal.

Meat, Dairy, and Frozen:

  • Country Style Pork Ribs $1/lb (bone-in) – Rock-bottom for this cut of meat. Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs are $1.49/lb.
  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts $1.88/lb – My target price, will only go a little lower.
  • Sliced Bacon $1.99/lb (in-ad coupon)
  • One Dozen Eggs 49 ¢ (in-ad coupon) – Rock-bottom!
  • Good Day Ice Cream $1 (half gallon) – This is like super off-brand ice cream, but we had it once and it was decent for root beer floats or for topping chocolate cake. :)

Produce:

  • Russet Potatoes 5 lb Bag $1.49 (in-ad coupon) – About 30 ¢/lb, I’m buying two (the max the coupon will let you buy)!
  • Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Granny, or Gala apples $1/lb – Standard sale price for apples. You can get organic Red Delicous for cheaper at King Soopers this week.
  • Canteloupe $1 – The ad doesn’t specify whether this price is per pound or per each. At per each, it’s a good price, at per pound, don’t go near it.
  • Fresh Express bagged salad $1 – A pretty frequent sale price at Albertsons.
  • Green Cabbage 44 ¢/lb – Cheaper at King Soopers this week.

General Grocery and Household:

  • Wishbone Salad Dressing $1 – If this printable coupon is one of the included vareties, get it for 25 ¢!
  • Huggies Jumbo Pack diapers $6.99 – Get diapers for $1.99 when you use one of the $5 printables from Coupons.com (the banner below) or RedPlum.com. ***This is a great deal for newbies who don’t want to try the deal at Walgreens this week. You could also price match this at WalMart if you’re not going to Albertsons for anything else! It’s straight up – print a coupon, buy diapers, and redeem a coupon. No fancy skills required.***
