Here’s your King Soopers deals for this week! It’s a pretty slow week here, too – a lot of repeats from last week. And, for yet another week, the location at 3570 Hartsel Drive is having even more grand opening specials! I’m going to make you do the work of looking at the ad yourself this week for those grand opening specials. :) Use zip code 80920 to pull up the ad for that particular store.
Meat, Dairy, and Frozen:
- Chicken Leg Quarters 66 ¢/lb
- Whole Chicken Fryers 78 ¢/lb – We can get these a little cheaper at Safeway or Albertsons sometimes, but this is a good price for KS.
- Bar-S Jumbo Meat or Turkey Franks $1 – You can use this $1/2 printable to get for 50 ¢ each. I’d wait unless you need them this week.
- Green Giant Frozen Vegetables $1 – Use this 50 ¢/1 printable to get them FREE! There’s also a 60 ¢/2 printable here , making them 50 ¢ each.
- Cool Whip $1– Use $1/2 printable (Coupons.com or KraftFoods.com) to get for 50 ¢ each.
- King Soopers Large Eggs (dozen) 88 ¢
- Sara Lee or Pepperidge Farm Frozen Desserts 50% off – Someone commented last week and said that with the $1 coupon for Sara Lee Cheesecake bites, they were $1 after the coupon and 50% off!
- Dreyer’s Ice Cream $2.37 – Great price for Dreyer’s.
Produce:
- Vine Ripe Tomatoes 58 ¢/lb
- Romaine, Bib, Red Leaf, or Green Leaf Lettuce 50 ¢ – Wow! We’re eating salad every night this week!
- Eggplant 50 ¢ each – Might have to find a way to cook eggplant at that price!
- Kiwi 20 ¢ each
- Strawberries 4 lbs for $4.88 – $1.22/lb!
- Organic Cameo Apples 58 ¢/lb – Awesome price for organic.
- Organic Honeydew Melon 58 ¢/lb – Same as above, great price for organic!
General Grocery and Household:
- Weber Grill Creations Seasoning $1 – Use 50 ¢/1 to get for FREE!
- Betty Crocker Family Size Brownie Mix $1 – I hate to say it, but I might have to buy some at this price. I typically won’t pay more than 50 ¢, but I haven’t seen that price since late last year. I need some brownies!
- Quaker Quakes $1 – Use $1/1 to get them FREE!
- Dial Hand Soap $1 – If this variety is included, use this 55 ¢/1 printable to get it FREE, or there’s also insert coupons for 35 ¢/1, which would make it 30 ¢.
- Doritoes $1.98 – Buy it if you need it (though who really needs Doritos?), we’ve seen better prices recently and probably will again.
- Kool-Aid Drink Mix 99 ¢ – Use $1/2 to get for 50 ¢ each, a great price!
- Country Time Lemonade Mix 99 ¢ – Use $1.50/2 (Coupons.com or KraftFoods.com)to get for 25 ¢ each, and even better – starting on Friday, when you buy two you should receive a catalina for $2 on your next order! Yes, that means you’d make money on this deal!
- Oral-B Indicator Toothbrush $1 – Use 75 ¢/1 to get it FREE!
- Huggies Diapers Deal: Buy $15 Save $3 Instantly! – Now’s the time to pull out those Huggies coupons and put them to work for you! Use $1.50/1 or $2/1 insert or home mailer coupons, or use these printables: $2/1 printable | $2/1 for taking this survey is the same as that one. You should also load your card with Cellfire or Shortcuts e-coupons for even more savings. The packages are $8.99, so you can buy two for a pre-coupon total of $17.98, then subtract two $2 coupons and the $3 instant savings and your total is down to $10.98 for two packages. Your e-coupon savings will bring it down even lower, and then you can submit the Caregivers Marketplace rebate for an additional 75 ¢ off per package! Wipes, Pull-Ups, etc. are also included in the sale. Note that I personally had trouble getting EITHER of the e-coupons to come off. Still trying to get Shortcuts to work it out.
- One more note on diapers: has anyone found the Huggies Pure and Natural diapers at any King Soopers location? Several people have asked and I haven’t seen them – would sure love to use those $3 off coupons though!
Are you stocked up on diapers and lemonade yet? This is the time to do it! This weekly ad review is part ofBeCentsAble’s Grocery Gathering.
