Here’s your King Soopers deals for this week! Remember that the store at Woodmen and Lexington is having a grand re-opening sale with lots of great deals all week long! Some of them might be worth a special trip if you don’t normally shop at that location.
Make sure you read the King Soopers FAQ for their official coupon policy and answers to other frequently asked questions and don’t forget to check the entire ad on their website and load your card with Cellfire, Shortcuts, and P&G esaver e-coupons.
First off, they’re having a 3 Day sale, with deals good Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only:
- Boneless Ribeye Steaks $5.99 – Good price for boneless!
- Lobster Tail $4.99 – OK, so *maybe* this is a decent price, but that is a lot of money for a little bit of meat (like, 3-4 oz and that includes the shell). But mom’s worth it, right? :)
- Eggo Waffles $1.77 – Use 75 ¢/1 to get for 77 ¢, great price, though I’ve gotten them cheaper before… not for a long time, though.
- Thomas Bagels $1.49 – Great price, I’d stock up!
- Hormel Black Label Bacon $1.99 (12 to 16 oz) $1.99 – Good price, especially for this brand.
Produce:
- Blueberries or Raspberries BOGO Free – Works out to about $2.50 each; not a good price.
- Sweet Red Cherries $3.99/lb – An OK price, I’m hoping they’ll go cheaper though!
- Organic Gala Apples 99 ¢/lb – Great price for organic!
- Organic Mangos 99 ¢ each – Great price for organic, non-organic will go for less.
- Asian Pears 99 ¢/lb – Great price, these don’t usually go on sale, I don’t think.
- Del Monte Fruit Naturals 99 ¢ – Use $1/2 from insert or this $1/2 printable to get for 50 ¢. Good price – I’ve gotten these for free before, so I definitely wouldn’t pay more.
- Nature Sweet Cocktail Tomatoes BOGO Free – Use $1/2 coupon to get two for $2.99 or $1.50 each.
Meat, Dairy, and Frozen:
- Laura’s Lean Ground Beef or Patties 50% off – Great price for this brand! There’s a $1 off coupon on their website!
- Center Cut Boneless Pork Loin Chops $2.99/lb – A good markdown, but overall I’m not sure this is that great of a buy.
- Oscar Mayer Basic Lunchables $1.25 – This is an OK price, I suppose, but I have such a hard time saying that $1.25 for 4 oz of food is a good deal! :)
- Foster Farms Chicken Drumsticks and Thighs 99 ¢/lb – A decent price for King Soopers, but I typically get them for 20-30 ¢ less at Safeway.
General Grocery and Household:
- Blue Label Bread 78 ¢ – A good price if you like this brand.
- Yoplait Yogurt 50 ¢ – Use three 40 ¢/6 coupons, buy 20, and you should get a catalina for $2 on your next order, making them 28 ¢. Great deal (I got them for even less at Safeway during the Living Well promo, but this is still pretty good!) I think there might be a Shortcuts coupon as well.
- Kraft Cheese 6-8 oz $1.99 – An OK price, I would not stock up until it hits $1.50 or less (preferably less :).
- Kroger Deluxe Ice Cream $1.99 – A good price, though I know that we should be able to get Breyer’s for this price so if you want name-brand, I’d wait.
- Kellogg’s Cereal $2.18 – Hopefully you got it for $1.66 at Safeway last week, but if not, you can use $1.50/1 coupons to get for 68 ¢, or $1/1 coupons from Coupons.com to get for $1.18. I personally won’t pay more than 75 ¢, and unless you are just getting started, I wouldn’t recommend you pay more than $1.
- Campbell’s Condensed Soup $1.00 – Use the $1/2 printable to get their “cooking soups” for 50 ¢. There are also other insert coupons out.
- Barilla Pasta $1 – This sale comes around pretty frequently – I would definitely not buy any more than you need for the week at this price.
- Right Guard Deodorant $2.00 – Use $1/1 to get for $1. A good deal, though I have to insert a nostalgic comment about when I got it free a few years ago…
- Hormel Completes Meals $1.99 – Use $1/1 to get for 99 ¢.
- Crest Toothpaste $2 – This is a good deal IF you use the 50 ¢/1 insert coupon combined with the 75 ¢ P&G esaver coupon to get for 25 ¢. I would definitely not pay more than 75 ¢, though.
- Hallmark Expressions Cards – Buy 3 save $1.50 – You should be able to buy three 49 ¢ cards and get them free! Just make sure they’re Hallmark Expressions.
