Did you see the Albertson’s ad in yesterday’s paper? They’re multiplying coupons through July 7th! Basically, all your coupons are worth $1 – those 25 ¢ coupons will be quadrupled, 33 ¢ will be tripled, and 50 ¢ to 99 ¢ will be doubled up to $1. (I suppose the 30 ¢ coupons will only be worth 90 ¢, but in the past it’s seemed like those have “tripled” all the way up to a dollar, somehow.)
So, now their Buy 10 Save $5 promotion is suddenly chock full of great deals! I’ll be recapping them when I do the ad review on Wednesday, but if you see some hot ones you can leave a comment on this post if you like. You can view the ad online and look at the weekly recap.
Thanks to the readers who were super excited about this news and emailed me! :)
In other Albertsons news, a reader emailed me and said that she was told at the Albies on 115 that in a couple of weeks they are going to be implementing a new coupon policy and will not be accepting any printable coupons. I just emailed Albertsons customer service yesterday to ask if that was the case, and if so, what their official policy is, but I was curious if any of the rest of you have been told that at any other stores?
Either way, I’d be cautious if you’re planning on using a bunch of printable coupons at their double/triple/quadruple coupon event. I’ll let you know what I find out!
