Here’s the deals that start at Sunflower Market tomorrow. I’m saying a great big “YAY!” for good prices on fresh produce. We were getting tired of frozen corn and peas, and I’m in the “transition” phase where it’s hard for me to pay more for fresh produce since we have seen the end of amazing produce prices from summer. :)

Walnut Halves and Pieces $3.77/lb
Rating: 3.5-4? – 11¢ per pound more than Sam’s if you have a membership there (or if you don’t, this is a great price and unless you buy tons of walnuts, I would probably consider it “equal” to the Sam’s price since there’s no membership fee!)
Deals Good All Week Long
Navel Oranges 49¢/lb
Rating: 4 – been waiting for this price for a long time. I won’t pay more!
Blackberries (5.5 oz) $1.50
Rating: 4
Limes 10¢ each
Rating: 5 – about only way you’ll get them cheaper is *maybe* when they’re on sale by the pound at Rancho Liborio
Jonagold or Red Rome Apples 88¢/lb
Rating: 5 – other brands will go cheaper, but not sure these “fancier” brands will.
Bunched Broccoli 77¢/lb

Rating: 3
Cranberries (12 oz) $2
Rating: 3.5
ORGANIC Italian Squash 99¢/lb
Rating: 4, probably closer to a 5 since we’re in winter
Hot Pepper Jack Cheese $1.99/lb
Rating: 4.5 – not sure this variety goes much lower.
Whole Raw Almonds $2.99/lb
Rating: 4.5? – Sam’s has them for about $3.11/lb, so Sunflower Market beats their price yet again!
85% Lean Ground Beef $1.97/lb
Rating: 3
Quick or Rolled Oats 49¢/lb
Rating: 4.5 – this is the equivalent of paying $1.22 for a 40 oz container, which is a great price. Probably won’t go much cheaper unless we get a smokin’ deal with a coupon for Quaker Oats.
Dried Cranberries $2.99/lb
Rating: 4 – slightly more than Sam’s, about $2.26/lb there.
