Update: Rancho Liborio does have a new ad that begins on Friday, Christmas Day! View it here.
As I mentioned earlier, Sunflower Market is the only store that has new grocery sales this week – all the rest continue from last week. For your convenience, here’s the deals that are going on at other stores. Remember that you can always quickly access your favorite stores from the links in the sidebar!
Albertsons – cheap frozen pies, broccoli, and hand soap
King Soopers – good all-around sales
Rancho Liborio – T-Bone and Porterhouse Steak for $3.97/lb
Safeway – best prices on ham, cheap cereal
Whole Foods – not much!
One other note: of course I don’t know for sure what sales we’ll be getting in the next few weeks, but typically the first few weeks (even the first month or two) of the year has a dearth of grocery sales, so I would stock your pantry now!
I’m a little nervous about my stockpile status – the grocery budget was pretty tight this month, so I wasn’t able to stockup bigtime on a few things like flour and crackers. Typically I overspend in December and then underspend in the next month or two – January and February is when my stockpile lets my budget “coast”. So, we’ll see how it all shakes out.
Good luck if you have to venture out to the stores in the next day or two! ;)
