Mary emailed me this morning sounding more than a little distraught because of the news she’d gotten this morning: as of the end of 2009, you will no longer be able to use [pgesaver] e-coupons at King Soopers (and other Kroger affiliates). Here’s the official announcement.
So, if you have any [pgesaver] e-coupons loadded to your King Soopers card, you’ll want to redeem them before then! (Though of course it doesn’t make sense to buy it if it’s not a good deal just so you can use your e-coupon.)
As far as I know, you can still use [cf], [shortcuts], and [upromise] e-coupons at King Soopers. I’m curious as to the future of e-coupons… There have been quite a few programs that come and go, only a few have stuck around long-term. [pgesaver] coupons have been around for awhile now, so it will be interesting to see if it continues at Safeway, or if they discontinue that as well.
Thanks to Mary for the info!
