The Mason Jar Restaurant has new $5.99 lunch specials available from 11 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Here’s the lineup:
Monday: Open Faced Meatloaf Sandwich served with mashed potatoes and gravy
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Steak served with vegetable, mashed potatoes and gravy
Wednesday: Chicken Fried Chicken served with vegetable, mashed potatoes and gravy
Thursday: Chicken and Dumplings, served with mashed potatoes
Friday: Southern Catfish, served with vegetable, mashed potatoes and gravy
I’ve never eaten at the Mason Jar so I have no idea if this is a good deal or not. I’d love to hear your opinions!
In other Mason Jar news, a reader let me know that the Mason Jar is no longer offering their kids eat free promotion. Bummer! I’ve updated the kids eat free list to reflect this information.
